At RSE Furniture, every product is crafted and handled with the utmost care to ensure that you receive premium quality furniture in perfect condition. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. When Are Returns Permissible and Under What Conditions?

All furniture items must be inspected immediately upon delivery. In the rare event of any visible defect or damage, the issue must be clearly noted on the delivery challan and AWB/consignment copy at the time of receipt.

Claims for transit damage will not be accepted if they are not reported at the time of delivery.
To process any approved return, the original packaging material and box must be provided.

The return window remains open for 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that all return conditions are met.


 

2. Defects Found After Use

If a product develops a manufacturing defect after use and is within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team with the Order ID, Invoice Number, and clear images of the defect.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a repair or replacement as per the warranty terms listed on our website.


 

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds are initiated within seven (7) business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
If the merchandise was collected from your premises, the refund will be initiated once the item is safely received at our warehouse. Depending on your pickup location, the complete process may take up to 25–30 days.


 

4. Stocked Furniture

Every stocked furniture item is carefully inspected before shipment, and we require you to inspect and sign off upon delivery.

If you discover a defect, please contact us immediately.
Please note that furniture refused due to size or entryway constraints will be the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to check all product dimensions on the product page to ensure your furniture fits your entryways and rooms.

We will offer a replacement or refund for defective items returned within seven (7) days of receiving the product at our warehouse.


 

5. Custom Orders

Most of our furniture pieces are custom-made to suit your specific requirements.
Since custom orders enter production immediately upon confirmation, they cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once production has started.


 

6. Monogrammed or Personalized Items

All monogrammed or personalized products are treated as custom-made items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.


 

7. Final Clearance & Sale Items

Products purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional events (such as Diwali Sale) are final and non-returnable. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for such items.


 

8. Pricing and Description Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, there may be errors in pricing, descriptions, or product images on our website. RSE Furniture reserves the right to correct such errors or restrict orders in such cases.

If a replacement is offered, it will be for the same product originally ordered and cannot be substituted for another model, customization, or new order.


 

9. Cancellation Policy

At RSE Furniture, we take great care to ensure that every product leaving our warehouse meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it is free from defects or damage and is delivered in perfect condition to our customers.

Our team also provides detailed guidance to help you make the right selection—considering design, material, dimensions, and the space where the furniture will be placed. Because each order is processed with personalized attention and confirmed before production or delivery, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been made.

This policy applies from the moment an advance payment or full payment is received through to the final delivery of the product in satisfactory condition.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and finishes before completing their purchase. Should you require any assistance prior to ordering, our team is always happy to help guide you to the best possible selection for your needs.

For Sofas & Custom Furniture:

Most of our furniture is made-to-order as per your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

For All Other Products:

Once the product has been delivered and our team has left your premises, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes unless covered under warranty.

We strongly encourage customers to personally inspect the product at the time of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction before accepting it.
