For customized products (e.g., sofas, furniture, and large lighting pieces), the standard delivery time is 3 – 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Dispatch notifications: Once your order is ready, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation.
Our logistics partners typically deliver Monday to Saturday. You may also receive a call from the courier company to confirm the tentative delivery date and time.
While we coordinate with reliable logistics partners, delivery schedules are beyond our direct control.
Deliveries are made to your building premises or the closest accessible point. For upper floors, please arrange your own manpower for lifting larger items.
Delivery personnel are not authorized to unpack or assemble furniture. Please use a local carpenter or professional for uncrating and installation if needed.
We use protective wooden crates for large items to prevent damage during transit. While they may add bulk to packaging, they ensure your furniture reaches safely.
Any visible damage or defect must be immediately reported to the delivery person and noted on the Delivery Challan / Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt.
Before placing your order, please review all product dimensions on the website to ensure that the item fits through your entryways, staircases, or elevators.
If furniture is refused due to size constraints, the cost and any redelivery charges will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery if the provided address is deemed unsafe or unverifiable (e.g., PO Boxes or communal addresses). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.
On rare occasions, deliveries may arrive outside standard time windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
If your order is ready for dispatch but you request us to hold the shipment, the following applies:
A grace period of 2 weeks will be provided free of charge.
After this period, a Holding Cost of 5 % per month on the total order value will be charged (plus 18 % GST).
You will receive a detailed invoice for these charges, billed pro-rata if the holding period is less than a month.
The holding fee must be paid in full before dispatch resumes.
Please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery:
Check for cracks, dents, unfinished patches, or visible damage on all external surfaces.
Minor dust or dullness can be cleaned easily with a soft cloth or a quick polish coat—this is an industry-standard finishing process.
For products requiring assembly, ensure all fittings are intact and the structure is stable.
For wall-mounted items, decide installation locations beforehand and ensure permissions for drilling if required.
Ensure the furniture stands evenly on the floor. If uneven, minor adjustments can be made with foot bushes.
Sit or test seating products to confirm structural stability.
Wood and stone being natural materials may have unique grain patterns, knots, or color variations—these are not defects but features of authentic craftsmanship.
During extreme weather, solid wood may expand slightly, causing drawers to stick. Our team can assist if such adjustments are needed.
Once our delivery team leaves your premises, only manufacturing defects covered under the warranty will be addressed.
Each RSE Furniture piece is handcrafted, making it unique. Minor variations in color, grain, size, or texture are natural characteristics, not flaws.
Material and fabric availability may vary. Any substitutions will be communicated before order confirmation.
We deliver across India and can arrange international shipping upon request (subject to customs and regulations).
Shipping charges depend on volume and destination distance from New Delhi and are calculated at checkout.
All shipments are pre-paid; cash-on-delivery is not available.
